2024 AGM
The 2024 Annual General Meeting of the East Riding Astonomers will be held in person at Woodmansey Village Hall at 1930hrs on Monday 6th May

At the meeting Club Officers will be elected and a full agenda will be debated.

Current 2024/25 Committee members. NB: a new Committee position of Deputy Chair will be discussed/agreed.

Container manager's report.

The Treasurer's report will be made available to members at the meeting.

A copy can be requested on application to the Club Secretary.

Net change in Club's finances over the year is -£12.58

Club's Articles of Association - (our Constitution).

There were two planned revisions to the Articles.

1. To create the position of Vice Chair

2. To remove reference to withdrawals being only by cheque.

These were passed by 19 votes in favour (a mix of votes at the AGM (14) and votes via the survey. This survey is now closed online survey

In his absence Mark Garratt was elected as Vice Chair for the Club, subject to ratification of the change to clause 5.2 of our articles. Ratified on 13th May 2024
